Individual counselling

Individual counselling offers a confidential space to explore experiences, feelings and difficulties with a qualified practitioner. Meridian is developing its practitioner network and welcomes enquiries about this service. Counselling and clinical suitability assessments will be undertaken by the responsible practitioner; Andre Phillips handles business development and administration and does not provide the counselling.

This is an enquiry, not a confirmed appointment. Please send only your contact details and the general nature of your enquiry, not a clinical history. We will check the position and reply.

What sessions look like

Practitioner details, suitability arrangements, fees and terms will be confirmed before an appointment is accepted. An enquiry does not guarantee that a practitioner or appointment will be available.

Clarity in difficult decisions

Some clients seek counselling not only for emotional support, but because they are facing significant decisions: whether to stay or leave, how to manage competing responsibilities, how to respond to pressure, or how to move forward in circumstances that feel layered and complicated.

Counselling provides a structured space to think clearly about these matters without pressure, urgency or performative certainty.

Where sessions take place

We welcome enquiries about online counselling and potential in-person arrangements in London, including Canary Wharf and Soho. The responsible practitioner and any location or room arrangements must be agreed before an appointment is confirmed.

In-person sessions take place in discreet, professionally managed counselling rooms designed to support privacy, comfort and focus. Online sessions are delivered through a secure video platform for clients who prefer remote

support.

New clients are usually best served by beginning with an initial consultation. This gives us space to understand your situation and discuss whether ongoing counselling feels like the right fit.
