Individual counselling provides a confidential, structured space to understand what you are carrying and how it is affecting your life.
You may be feeling anxious, overwhelmed, low in mood, stretched by pressure, caught in recurring patterns, or simply aware that something is not working in the way it should. Sometimes the issue is clear; sometimes it is more difficult to define.
At Meridian, individual counselling is calm, focused and collaborative. The aim is not to rush you toward answers, but to help you understand your experience more clearly and move forward in a realistic and grounded way.

Online & In-Person Sessions

Structured, Confidential,
Professional Approach
Sessions last 45 minutes and are usually weekly at the start. We begin by understanding what has brought you to counselling, what feels most pressing, and what you would like to change, understand or make sense of.

Canary Wharf, Soho, or secure online telehealth
Some clients seek counselling not only for emotional support, but because they are facing significant decisions: whether to stay or leave, how to manage competing responsibilities, how to respond to pressure, or how to move forward in circumstances that feel layered and complicated.
Counselling provides a structured space to think clearly about these matters without pressure, urgency or performative certainty.

Meridian offers online counselling and access to carefully selected therapy rooms in London, including Canary Wharf and Soho. In-person sessions take place in discreet, professionally managed counselling rooms designed to support privacy, comfort and focus. Online sessions are delivered through a secure video platform for clients who prefer remote
support.
If you would like to ask a practical question before booking, you are welcome to get in touch.

Support notice: Meridian is not a crisis service. If you need urgent or immediate support, contact your GP, NHS 111 or emergency services (999).
